Services
Olympus Detailing provides premium automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services across Northeast Florida. Specific services, pricing, and turnaround times are quoted on a per-job basis. Quotes assume a vehicle in the condition described at booking; significant undisclosed conditions (heavy pet hair, biohazards, mold, prior damage) may change the quote or scope, and we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.
Booking, deposits & cancellation
Appointments are reserved with a 10% deposit, which is applied to your final balance. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment window. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit. Weather reschedules are always free — we work outdoors, and we will never charge you for a storm. Walkaround video record
Every detail begins with a pre-service walkaround video and ends with a post-service walkaround video. These videos form our shared record of the vehicle's condition at drop-off and pickup and are used to resolve any condition disputes.
Vehicle condition & access
Please tell us about pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, loose trim, or sensitive surfaces at booking. For mobile service, you agree to provide safe, legal access to the vehicle at the service address. If we arrive and cannot access or service the vehicle, the visit is treated as a late cancellation.
Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Late balances may incur reasonable carrying charges.
Service guarantee
If something about the finish isn't right, tell us within 48 hours of completion and we will return and re-perform the disputed area at no charge. This guarantee is our sole warranty: except as stated here and as required by law, services are provided without other warranties, express or implied.
Liability
We carry commercial detailing insurance. In the rare event of damage attributable to our work, our liability is limited to the cost of repair as agreed between the parties and our insurer. Pre-existing damage documented in the pre-service walkaround is not covered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page. Bookings are governed by the version in effect when the booking was made.
